I have had this phone for about almost 2 months now. I think this phone has a high quality purchase. It has a very good use. It is incredibly fast, and easy to make phone calls on. You can go somewhere with just a touch. This is a great phone.

The battery on the Samsung Glyde only lasts up to 5 hrs of talk time. I am on my second Samsung Glyde, so I know this is simply the design, not a faulty battery. Also, the camera is very frustrating. You push the button to take the picture, and it does not work.

I don't know why everyone says that the Samsung Glyde is a bad phone. I've had mine for about 3 months now and it's phenomenal. I've never had a dropped call and there's no static or anything like that. This is my first phone and I could use it with ease after having it for only a day or two. It's got a cool design and it has a touch screen and a key board. The touch screen is very responsive, you just have to make sure that you are touching it the right way. I suggest touching with your thumb and don't just tap the screen. The battery life is pretty good, but just in case I always charge it overnight if it gets down to 2 battery bars. In conclusion, the touchscreen is responsive, the calls are great, and it looks cool. I love the Samsung Glyde.

The Samsung Glyde is the worst phone I've ever owned. The touchscreen doesn't work half the time. It scrolls randomly even if your fingers are an inch above the screen. The call quality is horrible and it takes forever to hit the right buttons to dial a call. You can't answer the phone without hitting the unlock button, even when this feature is turned off.

When I first got the Samsung Glyde, I thought it was amazing. However, after about 2 weeks, I regretted ever buying it. The touch screen hardly ever works and it takes a really long time to navigate through the menu or even to just dial a phone call. The full keypad is nice, however, sometimes the screen senses your fingers moving and shuts off your text.

The Samsung Glyde is the worst phone that I have ever had to deal with. I cannot tell you how many hours I have spent frustrated with trying to use this phone. Yeah it's a pretty cool phone, when it works, which is a quarter of the time. I would not recommend purchasing this phone. Avoid the Glyde unless you have an infinite amount of time to make a single phone call.

The concept of the Samsung Glyde is great. That being said, Samsung needs to work on the technology before they incorporate it into their phones. I had my phone a few months and had nothing but problems. The touchscreen is the worst. My phone would lock up and I'd have to power it down to get it to unlock. If it wasn't unlocked, the touchscreen would scroll like it was possessed. Or, I'd try to dial a number using the touchscreen and the number next to it would pop up on the screen. What really made me pull my hair out was when I'd try and hit the answer button or the unlock button on the touchscreen while receiving a call and the phone wouldn't let me. I exchanged this phone under warranty for another Glyde and had the same problems. My service provider downloaded a software program that was supposed to fix the issues, but it didn't. I finally exchanged my phone for a different type all together.

I have had the Samsung Glyde for about 3 months now and I have been completely unsatisfied. The phone shuts off randomly and never responds to my touch. Sometimes I will touch a button and a completely different button on the opposite side of the phone will be the one activated. When I text, the screen will start moving up and down and won't stop. I find that I'm always frustrated with this phone. The idea and look of the phone are great, but it doesn't work as well as I hoped.

I really like the Samsung Glyde. I love most everything about it. It is a great cell phone if you do a lot of texting and the picture quality is the best of any cell phone I have previously owned. The touchscreen is a bit touchy at times. When you want to access a certain area, the phone acts like you touched it somewhere else. I have read several review sites on this cell phone and believe that I may have a defective device. Verizon is sending me a new Glyde in the next three days. I would definitely recommend the insurance if this you purchase this cell phone. At first, I thought it was me not knowing how to use the phone, but after having it almost 2 months now I realize that it is a problem that I can longer deal with. Sometimes when the Glyde acts up, I have to shut it off several times to get anything to happen. Hopefully my next one will be fine.

The Samsung Glyde is the worst cell phone I have ever had. The full keyboard is great, but other than that there is not a thing I like about it. The touchscreen works when it wants to. You have to tap the screen several times to get it to work. To make a phone call you have to go through about 5 screens and when it takes several taps to move from screen to screen, this can be very frustrating for a quick phone call. Also, when someone sends you a picture, you can not blow the size up on this cell phone. I do not recommend the Glyde to anyone.

I have had the Samsung Glyde for about 3 months and it is a horrible cell phone. It turns off by itself, the touch screen freezes up, and sometimes does whatever it wants. I do not recommend this cell phone. The commercial is a lie. This cell phone does not go that fast and is nothing like the commercial. I do not like this cell phone.
