I love this phone! It takes good pictures and the keyboard is so great and feels really good to use. The battery life is good. The internet is really easy to use if your a big fan of the internet. The only thing about it is how big in size it is and that it doesn't have flash, but that's really not a problem because of the camera quality. If only it would show the whole conversation that would be a little better but ahh, it really doesn't matter. I know that this phone and the ATT Xenon are always being compared to, but I prefer this phone over the ATT Xenon(:

Nice phone with great features. Touch screen with keypad great combination for all kinds of users. Keypad well spaced for easy typing. A bit bulky but user Interface and features cover for it. Samsung needs to increase the battery life a bit but for usual texting and calling it works well. This is my sixth phone in two years and i can say its the best one i have had. And ya the only other problem besides battery is mp3 ringtones, u can only assign mp3 files as ringtones if the size of the file is less than 300KB.

My wife and I find it a little hard to use. The screen is difficult to use. It does unexpected things and causes us to start over on a task. We signed up for voice dial and it isn't entirely hands free and therefore isn't very useful in the car where we will be using the hands free option.

I am reviewing my replacement phone. The first one had a lot of static and crackling when on a call. The replacement does not have the static but the camera is terrible (first camera was very good). I had been looking at the Impression for quite a while because I wanted a really good camera and was very pleased with the camera on the first phone. However, the replacement phone camera is one of the worst I have ever seen. You cannot take a picture unless there is FULL light and even with the light the quality is not as good as the first phone. I had read on some reviews that the picture quality was not good but took a chance anyway and was pleased when the first camera was so good but now I understand the bad reviews. It was hard to send a text message at first but that problem seems to be getting better. I would cancel this phone but cannot afford to send it back (cost me over $13.00 to return the first phone plus I had to use my husband's phone until my replacement arrived - very inconvenient for both of us).

The Impression is a great phone with only two(2) drawbacks, that I have found. The button on the right side of the phone for locking/unlocking the screen is located poorly and difficult to use. The plug-in location for charging the battery is covered by some protective covers available and requires removal of the cover to charge the phone. To assist in clarity of issues, I am in my late 60's with arthritic fingers. On the positive side, the large screen and the resolution are just incredible.

The only thing I don't like is the fact that you cant check text messages while you are on an active call.

This phone is great. The only problem I have is opening takes 2 hands, but I have crippled hands. The texting is so easy for me. I love the big keyboard, sound quality is excellent, and I actually accidentally threw it out of my hands by bumping my arm onto the concrete. A few scratches, but that is all. Camera quality also is great. I would recommend this to anyone.
